Credits are reserved before processing. Successful work settles its documented usage; unused reservations return to the sandbox balance. Known processing failures are not charged, and uncertain operations remain held for review.
Repeated idempotent operations do not create a second charge. No automatic purchases, negative balances or paid overages. Indexbase credits are independent of technical provider compute units.
Illustrative volume tiers are based on completed sandbox processing units at reservation time. They are not a live commercial price commitment.

Historical balances count evaluated assets and block-header records. Normalized transactions count one bounded result page (up to 50 transactions). A bounded page is not a complete wallet history.
