Indexbase is an independent blockchain data infrastructure project. Our focus is the connection between a useful answer and the evidence that supports it.
01 / The reason
A data product should
show its working.
Wallet history and DeFi interpretation sit on top of many assumptions. Which blocks were read? Were all receipts available? Is that amount a token quantity or a monetary valuation?
We are building around those questions from the raw layer upward. Provenance, exact atomic amounts, explicit coverage and visible unknowns are part of the design—not details to add after an API launch.
The intended production architecture uses self-operated nodes and reusable, evidence-backed decoders. Today, the implemented Ethereum foundation is locally tested with synthetic data. Production Mainnet coverage and public API access have not been released.

Designed with B2B in mind.
CoinTaxReporting and AssetEngine are the intended first internal API consumers. Future external developers are part of the platform direction. These are planned connections, not active production integrations.
