Scope and controller. Ruhi Altintas, Bennauerstrasse 4, 8836 Bennau, Switzerland, is responsible for the processing described here. Contact: contact@indexbase.io. This notice covers the Indexbase information website and email enquiries. The website does not currently provide public API access, customer accounts or payments.
Hosting. Netlify, Inc., United States, hosts this website. Delivering a page requires processing your IP address and the requested URL. Technical request data may also include the time, browser information and referring page. This information supports delivery, reliability, troubleshooting and protection against misuse. The website has no separate visitor database operated by Indexbase.
Cookies and website features. The website code does not set cookies, use browser storage or include analytics scripts, advertising pixels, embedded media, external fonts or submission forms. Assets are served with the website. It does not connect to wallet providers or blockchain nodes. Technical hosting and security processing still occurs when you request a page.
Email contact. An email link opens your email application and does not itself send a message. If you contact us, we use your address, any name you supply, message, attachments and delivery information to handle the enquiry and related follow-up. We use Titan email purchased through Name.com. Titan identifies its provider as Titan Solution Ltd SEZC, Cayman Islands; the configured mail servers use its US region. We have not enabled email open tracking, AI integrations or automatic forwarding for this mailbox. Please do not send passwords, private keys, seed phrases or unnecessary personal wallet records.
Purposes and legal grounds. We process data to provide a reliable website, prevent misuse and answer your enquiries. Where the GDPR applies, these purposes rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f); steps you request before a contract rely on Article 6(1)(b), and applicable legal duties on Article 6(1)(c). Swiss data protection law applies where relevant. Providing enquiry details is voluntary; without a reply address or sufficient information we may be unable to answer.
Recipients and international processing. We handle correspondence in Switzerland. Our hosting and email providers and their service providers can process data in the United States; Titan is based in the Cayman Islands. Netlify uses an international delivery network, so requests may also be processed at network locations serving the visitor. Netlify's data processing agreement provides standard contractual clauses adapted for Swiss transfers. Titan's published addendum provides standard clauses where the GDPR applies. These arrangements do not imply that data remains in Switzerland. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
Retention. We retain enquiries while needed to answer them and complete related follow-up, and delete them when those purposes end. Information required for legal duties or a specific legal claim is retained for the corresponding obligation or claim. Technical hosting records are retained according to the provider's service and security purposes; duration depends on the record and its purpose. Provider backups and deletion processes follow their service arrangements and may outlast removal from the active mailbox. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for all provider systems.
Your rights. Contact contact@indexbase.io to request information about your data, access, correction or deletion. Depending on the applicable law, you may also request restriction or portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. Rights can be subject to legal conditions; proportionate identity verification may be necessary. You may contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or, where applicable, your competent EU supervisory authority. We do not use this website or its enquiries for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Updates. We will update this notice when the website or its contact processing changes. Any future API, account or payment service will require information specific to that service. Last updated: 11 October 2026.
